Oh Em Gee I'm so angry with myself. Just finished sports day (the last one I have to ever do because after year 10 you do not need to do it at my school) and I started hypoventilating(sp?) the kind of stage before you have an asthema attack and I couldn't breath. I still had a quarter of the track to go and ran in a blind panic.
